Delicious Breakfasts Enhance your Maryland Romantic Getaway

The Inn at Huntingfield Creek offers communal full country breakfasts every morning at 8:30. The menu always includes fresh orange and other seasonal juice, a generous selection of local fresh fruits, yogurt and granola, farm fresh eggs, two varieties of premium breakfast meats, a delicious sweet (changes daily), LeBus sourdough toast, gourmet coffee and deluxe teas.

Inn at Huntingfield Creek Very Berry Breakfast Bread Pudding

1 loaf sturdy white bread cut into 1″ squares, sprinkled evenly into buttered 9×13 Pyrex dish

Beat together:

  • 6 eggs
  • 2-1/2 c. of milk
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/4 c. brown sugar
  • Pour over bread and allow to sit 15. min.

Add to bread mix:

  • 2 c. or so fresh or frozen berries (not strawberries), dot with 1/4 c. jam of your choice

In small saucepan melt 1 stick butter and add 3/4 c. brown sugar, boil until fully incorporated. Pour evenly over bread and fruit.

Bake at 410° for 40-45 minutes until puffed and bubbling.
