Inn at Huntingfield Creek works closely with meeting planners to ensure that every aspect of your off-site meeting runs smoothly—whether planning a business meeting, board retreat, corporate seminar, sales lunch, team building activities, promotional sales event or monthly community group or club meetings.
Huntingfield offers a number of different options regarding meeting space, catering, and overnight accommodations. The entire estate can be reserved to allow for multiple meetings at once, or only select sections of the property and grounds.
Manor House
Inn at Huntingfield Creek’s 5,000 sq. ft. Manor House
is the perfect setting for smaller groups or those that plan
to have simultaneous breakout sessions. The warm and inviting Library,
flooded with light from spectacular sunrises and sunsets,
is richly-appointed with seasoned cherry-wood furnishings and
oversized club chairs, giving it a comfortable, lodge feeling.
Depending on your needs, the library can be arranged in a relaxed
configuration, or a more formal presentation-style,
allowing for the set up of projectors, screens and the Internet.
Additional breakout sessions can be accommodated in the nearby dining and living rooms.
Crystal Barn

For larger groups, the elegantly rustic Crystal Barn offers more options, comfortably seating 150 in presentation-style configuration or 84 seated at round tables.

The spacious barn, which can be heated during colder months, is perfect for larger-scale meetings and is equipped with over 2100 sq. ft. of floor space and a separate, professional kitchen.
Grounds
For a change of pace and scenery, small informal meetings
can be held outdoors under the pergola in the Ceremonial Garden,
on the dock along the Chesapeake Bay, or in the meadows surrounding
by wildflowers. Community groups and clubs can also rent out our cottages.
